Todd Weaver

Owner/Operator

Michael Todd Weaver began working in the tile industry in 2001 working for his uncle in Tulsa, OK.  A few years later he began working for a local tile installer.  In 2008, he decided to start his own tile installation company, Integrity Tile & Stone. Since then he has completed over a thousand projects in the Pikes Peak Region. Todd prides himself on his high quality of work and outstanding customer service.  He ensures each project is completed to perfection based on the clients' expectations.  He is a true craftsman who loves the art of custom tile installation.  Todd's work ethic and vision for Integrity Tile & Stone will continue to strengthen the company for many years to come.  

Lauren Weaver

Operations and Marketing Director

Lauren supports Integrity Tile & Stone by providing operational, financial, marketing, and human resource services.  Lauren worked in the non-profit realm for many years in various positions such as operations director, resource development director and ultimately vice president.  Her primary goals are to assist in the growth of the business by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleges.  She believes that a company is only as good as their reputation and willingness to do what's right.  Lauren values efficiency, accuracy and creativity in her daily work.  Her services are vital to the continued growth of the company.  

Will Valerio

Tile Installer

A military war veteran, Will served two terms in Iraq and eight years in the military. After he was honorably discharged, Will started Integrity Tile & Stone, in 2008, with Todd. Together they created a company that prides itself on quality and integrity. He is a true craftsman as has over 15 years experience setting tile. He is excellent with clients and ensures every project is completed to perfection. Will’s attention to detail and overall knowledge makes him a valued member of the team.

Nick Thompson

Tile Installer

Nick has been with the team since 2015. He began as an assistant tile installer, but quickly promoted to tile installer. He has learned the art of tile installation quickly and is a valued member of the team. He has excellent customer service skills and his tile installation skills ensures that he has a bright future in the tile installation field.

Ben Weaver

Assistant Tile Installer

Ben is the newest member of the Integrity Tile & Stone family. He is the son of owners, Todd and Lauren and is learning the family business from the ground up. Ben shows great promise in installing tile and client relations. His knowledge of the tile industry, at such a young age, will continue to help him as he moves forward in the business.
